Gökhan Kademlioğlu is a business operations & strategy leader with over 18 years of experience in Silicon Valley and Istanbul.

Prior to joining Lycian Capital, he was the Head of Business Operations at Zumper, the largest privately-owned rental marketplace in the US, where he led the Business Operations and Sales Operations teams. Prior to that, he was at LendingClub, the largest online lending marketplace in the US, and led six operations & execution teams with a total of 100+ people and helped the Auto vertical grow over 100% annually.

Prior to that he was the Head of Strategic Planning at Medallia, the global leader of customer experience management software, where helped the unicorn SaaS start-up grow from ~50 employees to 800+ employees, from ~$50m to 1b+ valuation, from bootstrapped to one of the largest investments of Sequoia Capital to date with total funding of $255m.

Before moving to Silicon Valley, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Ünlü & Co and a Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Gökhan holds an MBA from University of Southern California and BA in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.
